and i dont wanna cut it that short ,well i dont mind ...

cause some people say get short layers at the top i want my length can i keep it ?/i dont want to cut it too short i dont want to cut it to short i mean i dont mind but ya know X_X

your question doesnt really make sense. . .i suggest you decide what you want thats what it comes down to, the second one looks way better though. . .even though it looks good in the pic think about practicality, what if you put it in a pony tail cuz its a bad hair day. . .the first one would look kina strange the second one is a little mre versitile, if you want to keep your length you can but its much easier to work with slighly shorter hair. ..scene hair is alot of work. . .straighteners and hairspray think about whether or not you want to have to deal with really long lenght as well, pluss with all those layers your hair will probably look kina stringy at the bottom, cuz all of it is on top, the first girl has extensions and thats going to alow her to make it less stringy looking, your not going for extensions (at least i dont hink so by the way the question goes) and think of how hard its going to be to keep all that lenght straigh

sper long scene hair is hard and usually a nono meduim or short is alot easier and better looking

You can do the hair style (the second one). Have mediumish/smallish layers on the top of your hair and near your neck. And keep the long hair.

If you go to a great hairdresser or you could use extensions.

But I don't see that as a problem in general, with using your own hair.

And if you don't want to have the layers spiked/teased. It'll still look great with it down.

you can do those hairstyles without getting really short layers.but it wont have the same affect without short layers.those are what kinda make the look
