and how long would a loose spiral perm last? does it loosen completely with time or does it stay in till u cut it?

Depends on the thickness of your hair, not the length. and the perm lossens out on its own over time.

yes if you have a good hairdresser or know someone that has done perms before, don't try it yourself. the perm will loosen some over time
