I am planning on getting my hair cut and highlited today. I have long and very thin hair. I was wondering if getting layers would make my hair appear thicker.

it depends on what type of hair you have... like i remmeber walking at the mall and i see this girl with think hair have layers and it didnt look nice on her but she only had only layer thats why. at least get 2 layers. but i think it makes a hair look thinker. and nicer

i tihnk it will look the same. If your hair is thin, it's thin and it's stays that way. Maybe if it's shorter it might look a bit thicker
