I need help with layering my long hair!?

If I were to comb my hair up in a high, even ponytail and cut the hair straight across, what kind of hair style would that give me?

When the hair falls back down in place, what kind of style would that result in?

well it would give you some sort of "A-line" cut... shorter in the back and longer in the front with short stuff on top... but dont do that please! lol... your gonna jack your hair up. its not gonna blend and there will be a big hole at the occipital bone... just dont

I dont think you would want to do that especially by yourself. It may make your hair look real choppy, uneven and heavy. it is best and suggested to go to a hairdresser, look at the many books of hair styles available look for the desired look and have the hairdresser layer it according to your specifications

not a very good style... really... u can always get a hairdresser u know... thats what they're there for.. and if u want layers... well... thats definitely not a good way to get them...
