a few months ago i got my hair cut it was fairly long before that and now its pretty short ( about half an inch below my shoulders ) and i absolutely hate it i've heard of the "get it trimmed regularly" "take vitamins" and "massage your head because it stimulates the roots" but i dont know if they work ? i just want something easy and cheap that actually WORKS ! ? hellp!
