It depends on the shorter style. If I didn't like the cut I always wished I hadn't bothered to cut my long hair. But if you get really cool streaks and a great cut you may get more attention then the before.

Not really. because I donate my hair to Locks of Love.. so i feel good that I did that. Every time I see someone with long hair, it just reminded me what I gave up for someone else

no. when i cut it after it gets long i usually cut 10 inches off and donate it Locks of Love...i've done that 4 times in the past 5 years! It's only hair..but then again...not a lot of ppl have hair that grows as fast as mine.

i was not jealouse but felt sad.. and started using all kindda natural products to make it strong and grow, till now :P

Heck yes! Then it makes me think, I spent years or months growing it out, why did I cut it?!? And then I want long hair back, but can't have it...:(

Yeah because I donate my hair and I feel good that I donated it to Locks of Love... but I like when my hair is long so I do get very jealous!

YES! In fact, I did that several times and everytime I was going to kill myself for doing that. Long hair is fun and you could do a lot with it. Short hair, especially very short hair, is not pretty on some women at all.
